pillow -texturing

Hi folks!
I need some support, of good texture-designers, etc. and I think Iīm at the right place! My Problem: I made a chamferbox, and added a noise modifierer. Afterwards I assigned a texture to my object, but I doesīt fullfill my expactations! The top and bottom of the object were well textured, but the 4 sides are not textured that good! How do I make a realistic pillow in 3dsmax 4.0 ? Itīs really annoying me! greez bega Re: pillow -texturing

Bega,
What kind of material are you trying to simulate? Also, if trying for realism, you should stay clear of default objects like chamferbox. Default objects usually remove any realism no matter how much you distort them. But I spose if all depends on what you're after. Cheers Re: pillow -texturing

You might try setting your material as a face map.
Either that or worl on the UV coords with UVW Unwrap.
