3D Artist Needed for DBP Contest Entry

Barnyard Racing is a racing game with a looney-tunes style asthetic that I've been creating with XNA for Microsofts DreamBuildPlay 09 Contest. This contest is for Indie XBOX 360 developers and first prize is $75,000. I also plan to sell the game through XBOX community games.
The team currently consists of just me, and although I've finished a good portion of the programming so far, my modelling skills are somewhat lacking and I was looking for someone interested in helping me with the art (particularly 4 player models). Any model format should be fine, as long as I can export it to .FBX (I'm pretty sure just about every modelling program can do this). I can't offer any compensation other than a percentage of any potential contest winnings/ profits.
