New Real Time Viewer

There’s a free beta at http://www.applied-ideas.com/real-time.html of a new product called IViewer3D. It’s a real time viewer with exporters for Max and Maya. It’s got an easy scripting interface, normal and spec map support and particles systems. You can export a scene and bundle it into an executable that can be distributed to other people. It’s free right now, so check it out.
