Zooming Problem... Please HELP ???

I just installed Rhino 3 onto my brand new computer, and for some reason, I could not use the wheel on the mouse to zoom in and out. (The wheel works fine in other non-Rhino contexts). This is super annoying, as it really slows down my work pace.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? If so, please help.
