does any of you know some web page with good human face painting tutorial (photoshop or somethin) or realistic skin material making (max)

Well, if anything, I'll give you a hint- you need 3 maps for a face, diffuse (duh), bump (double duh), and specular (most people forget this one!). The specular is important, because over a face you want to control glossiness with an iron fist!
Oh, and don't draw anything you don't have to! for instance, if you have access to shag Hir or fur, you shouldn't draw any eyebrows on there! Also, look at close-ups of people in magazines, you can see where the pores need to show more, and it helps with knowing how to draw your almighty specular map!
