Animating cloth......Any help pLsSSSsssss!!!!!!!

Whenever I create cloth in maya, and started draping it in my model, I always encounter a problem.......How can i make my cloth object to follow my model whenever it moves?.........I've used constrains( transform & mesh ) but I'm not that familiar with its aspects. So I'm very grateful for all of you that might help me with this...
