Advanced Transparency?

Hi all
Working in MAX, i got to a corner where i can't turn :) I have this model, which is semitransparent. But through her body i can see her arm. How can be done not to see the model through itself? Take a look at this picture. I would like to hide those darken things of her body, where i se her through herself. Kind of mysty explanation, but i hope, you'll understand...

it's something impossible in default 3d max's enviroment,try some other means,like ps?

if it's for a still image, just delete the polygons.
