Since lighting is vital to creating a realistic scene, I was wondering if anyone out there knows of any good books specfically dedicated to lighting in a 3d app. I keep looking & not finding... anyone? Thanks.

Digital Lighting And Rendering Edition 2 by Birn, Jeremy (ISBN: 0321316312).

Overstock.com had it for just a little over $30.
