Free 3D Softwares

Hi all!
I'd like to know about free 3D softwares and their plugins, renderers etc. Every suggestion / idea / clues are more than welcome.

Hello, Zion Art, since you've heard of Blender (which is probably the best free 3D modeling tool around), the only other 3D modeling tool I can think of is Gmax. Gmax is a 'dimmed down' version of 3D Studio Max (one of the best commercial 3D modeling tools around).

It doesn't have the same functionality as 3D Studio Max, but still has many of the same features and GUI. I used it before I moved up to 3D Studio Max. Here's the link:
