Well, the flower petals look OK.  I'd probably add a subtle bump and texture to them to liven them up a bit.  The stems need to be textured and maybe a bit more shape/detail to them as well as where the "bud" area where the stem connects to the petals.  The flowers seem to be floating in the vase.  They should reach to the bottom. The vase looks OK, but I can see some polygons along the bottom.  The deatil on the shadow needs to be increased a bit and the vase should have a transparent shadow.  I'm not sure what program you used, but some raytracing would help it.  I hope that helps you out a bit.
