Modelling the human anatomy?

How would I start off modelling human figures and the like. Does anyone know of any good tutorial sites?

You should probably go to library and get some books about human anatomy. I can't give you any names, as I live in Finland. :S Thats the best way if you like to make models that REALLY look like humans.
