Need help in texturing good scenes

:x Help please, i'm new with this and i need a tutorial, a good and complex one on how to texture an outside scene that envolves concrete, dirt and lots of nature stuff.

This guy's tutorial on building a texture for concrete wall is really good and pretty much the standard workflow for creating textures.

As for dirt and nature, use photos along with hand painted techniques in Photoshop. Make sure they are tileable so that you can scale them to cover a lot of area.
