settings for MAX 6?

:?: just upgraded from a 3.2 w/ HT to a dual xeon 3.2 w/ HT and a X800 ati card. I know that it is a beffy system, but does anyone know how to get the most out of it for MAX 6. ie windows XP settings? or bios setting (asus ncch-dl) Thanks in advance.

I've been using a dual xeon for some time now.... the basic thing is to make sure that "Hyper Threading" is enabled in the BIOS and that "Multi Threading" is enabled in Studio Max. Im using Max 7, but the "Multi Threading" option should still be under Customize > Preferences > Rendering, and its the option at the bottom left. Make sure both are set on
