i need some help

am new to the computer 3d art and i dont really now how to model for now ,and i need some help ,to start off .and if there is any tutorials on the forum i will be very glad if some one will gauid me through ,i also need some were i can down load a book on maxon cinema 4d .i really need a help .cos it is so hard to come across any book on this in my country (nigeria )
