QUICK HELP WITH SETTING PICTURAL Background for model...

Hi!
I want to prepare good model of ski elevator. I need helpk with one thing- I made panoramic photo. I do not know how to create the cage in Lightwave in order to make rendering of ski elevator in many different angles without changing the way my models on the picture...I want to make one set of position of elevator and make a few of frame renders.
