Weight lifting using CS4 and bipeds???

hi, does any one know a tutorial on how to create a biped to lift weights

I'm using 3D studio max 7 and character studio 4

If i understand you correctly you want to use the cs4 biped to lift weights like a weight lifter? All you need to do is use the link constraint - use max help files and all will be explained.
