criticism of my site and 3D work

Hi, I am a bachelors of Fine Arts i have been working in 3D for the last 6 years I have started to look for employment in this field.

1-I would greatly appreciate any criticism of my site and work including
recommendations re storylines on xcombat and termites. See below for an example of some of my work

Select the links in the sidebar to view streaming video. Every page has differnt images. The URL is

http://i.1asphost.com/avmics . The 2nd URL's video downloads are very
slow.

2-Does anyone have a list of URLs or other resources for 3D
Modeling/Animation employment in BC Canada?

3-Can anyone recommend a free or very low cost high speed web host that
does not limit file sizes and file types I need approximately 50 mb.
