Unclear image submission rules

Hi, i would like to find out how many positive votes needs an image to pass the submission.
3 months ago i have received an email with a result of my submission:
10 positive votes
5 negative votes
and completely no explanation if my image was accepted succesfully. After 3 months of waiting i assume it was not, but it would be great to be informed about it a bit earlier.

Please, could you give me your submission id (the number you received in the submission mail status you received)?
Your images should have been accepted with these votes but myabe it got lost somewhere. I'll try to solve the problem asap.
