build a building

i'm new in 3D, i use 3dsmax5,i have a question, how to build a building, perfectly, floor by floor by using this software... thanx...

if u use 3dsmax6 u can find some tools that u can make easy kind of window -wall - door and stair ....
they are in command panel -> creation panel -> geomety rollout

Hi,

For buildings, I think extrusion is your friend. Design your surfaces on the ground and start extruding to raise the building.
If you want to model more complex buildings with curves, ..., that's a different story.
