Reactor Cloth

Anyone knows about  Reactor Cloth  in Max 4.2?
I use it to simulate a cloth for my model but there are interpenetrations. The message from Max is : A non-rigid body is interpenetarating. I think the reactor is affect by the model's Physique/envelope.
Could anyone knows how to fix this problem?
