Modelling Question need your Help

Hallo,
i'm new here and i need your help.
I startet modelling of my 2nd Character. Now I want to begin to model the Arms downwards and i thought to extrude the arms out of the lower part of the shoulder. My question now, can i do it so or get i probs when i'm boning my Character later?

ps:The character is done with Boxmodelling in Cinema4d and sorry for my English :)

For a high-poly character, you're generally better off with the arms straight out to the sides and the legs somewhat apart.
