Character Modeler

I'm an animator living in London, UK,
I'm making a short animation based on a Charles Bucowski story called "A man", at the moment I'm looking for someone with strong character modeling skills to create the 3 main characters of the story (2 male and 1 female), 3 drunken LA white trash over 40's characters. I'm looking for something in-between cartoon and a realistic look, ideally Max format and with morf targets but not necessary.
