Rendering on multiple comps

does anyone know how to set up maya so that it will share the rendering tast with two computers over LAN, standard cat5 with 100base-t hub (8port). i just want to put some of the work on my slut box, he pay his share of the rent :)

Yes, Maya can render on multiple computers.
Just hit the F1 key and search the help-library.
