Where are the file infos?

Where do I find the infos (file size, number of faces, etc.) about my Maya file?

In Lightwave it is called Statistics.

For the file's size you could check your saved .mb file 's properties.About the polygons i dont know but if you use lofted surfaces etc it doesnt matter.It has a lot of polygons.Not suggested for ordinary pcs.

hehe

to see the file size use Windows Explorer or any file manager you like

you can see the faces, vertexs, edges from one file ONLY if the file contains poly objects (Display Heads Up Display Poly Count), NURBS surfaces don`t have those type of components

i think what she wants is a list of scene statistics.....like in max...where you can see how many of each ofject texture and whatever there is in the scene...how much ram is used ect....

i am sure there is a mel command somewhere
