<P>The Cleveland Browns dominated Sunday's 80th version of the Battle of Ohio, defeating the Bengals 17 6 at FirstEnergy Stadium.</P>

<P>Instead of beating the Browns and taking ugg boots clearance a one game lead on the rest of the division, the Bengals are in a three way tie with the Browns and Baltimore Ravens at 2 2.</P>

<P>The offense had its worst game in awhile, with a lack of imaginative play calling. Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton was 23 of 42 for 206 yards, an interception and a 58.1 passer rating. Green had seven receptions for 51 yards but wasn't much of a factor. The running game averaged just 3.2 yards per carry.</P>

<P>The Browns defense entered the game allowing 4.2 yards per play. The Bengals mustered only 4.1. It is the third time in four years that the Bengals have lost at Cleveland. It is also the first time since Week 3 of 2011 against San Francisco that the offense has failed to score a touchdown.</P>

<P>Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer, in his first home start, was 25 of 38 for 269 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He is the first Browns QB since Mark Rypien in 1994 to win his first two starts. Ten of the completions were to tight end Jordan Cameron for 91 yards and a touchdown.</P>

<P>Both of Cleveland's touchdown drives were for over 90 yards.</P>

Hoyer was 6 of 6 for 74 yards on the drive, which culminated in a 2 yard touchdown pass to Cameron, who had good position on Taylor Mays in the left corner of the end zone.</P>

<P>The Browns converted on both of their third down opportunities, including a 17 yard completion to Davone Bess down to the Bengals 1.</P>

<P>The Bengals got on the board with a 13 play, 46 yard drive with a 25 yard field goal by Mike Nugent. The key plays on the drive were third down completions to Jermaine Gresham for 11 yards and Mohamed Sanu for 11. The drive stalled on the Browns' 7.</P>

<P>Cincinnati looked to be in range for another score midway through the quarter when they drove to the Browns 7, but running back BenJarvus Green Ellis was stopped for a two yard loss on fourth and 1.</P>

<P>Cleveland made it 10 3 on a Billy Cundiff 51 yard field goal after he missed from 37 and 49 yards during the second quarter. The Bengals got within four on a Nugent 43 yard field goal but wouldn't get any closer.</P>

<P>The Browns put the game away with a 12 play, 91 yard march midway through the fourth that took 6:37 off the clock. After using a mix of runs and passes, Hoyer completed the drive with a 1 yard chi hair straightener touchdown to Chris Ogbonnaya.</P>
