Iron ores are the most important raw materials used by the steel manufacturing enterprises all over the world. The key beneficiation devices for the iron ore include the crushing equipment, grinding equipment, screening equipment, magnetic separation equipment and flotation separation equipment. Here we will introduce the representative devices to customers, hammer crusher calcite namely the flotation separator and ball mills.
The flotation separator is the most professional equipment with the same importance as the magnetic separator in the iron ore beneficiation process. The flotation separator is mainly used to realize the beneficiation of the non-ferrous and ferrous metals, and sometimes it is also applied to handle the non-metals, fluorite and talc. The obvious features of the flotation separator are large air suction capacity and low power consumption.
The brief introduction of the flotation separator is as follows: the electric motor drives the triangle belt and then the belt drives the impellor to rotate. When the negative pressure is formed, the machine sucks in enough air to mix with the ore pulp. After the mineral foam come up, paving cobble crusher they are mineralized and then are scraped out by the scraper blade.
The ball mill is the key device used to realize the further crushing of the crushed materials. It can complete the dry and wet types of grinding processes of the minerals. It has a wide range of application in the production industries of silicate products, apron feeder for sale refractory matter, chemical fertilizer, ferrous metal and non-ferrous metals as well as glass ceramic products.
