Need an artist for The Common Wars Game

We are looking for an artist(s) to design graphix for a game we is creating.  Our company, (New World Games and Beyond) are designing a Play-by-Post MMORP game titled The Common Wars.  The images that we need will be simple and mostly small.  Like special 3d icons, game interfaces menues, and maybe some homepage design.

At this point in time the payment that we can really offer is through profit.  We realize that an artist can't always  survive on the hopes and dreams of a companies idea.  Furthurmore we understand that if an artist puts his/her time and effort into a project, that they should recive at least something in return.  So if other payment arragments are needed, perhaps we can work them out.
