but still isn't cleared for action

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson said he's anticipating that he'll be able to play Saturday night against the Minnesota Vikings, but there is still one major hurdle to climb.

Nelson Ed Reed Black Jersey has to get the OK of team physician Patrick McKenzie.

Nelson, who left the Vikings game with a knee injury but came back a short time later, missed practice Tuesday and was limited on Wednesday. He appeared to be running fine in the drills that the media was allowed to watch and coach Mike McCarthy said he was encouraged.

But without being specific, McCarthy said Nelson isn't out of the woods yet.

"I thought jordy ran well in the workout that he did in the Hutson Center, looked pretty good in the routes on air," McCarthy said. "I know Pat McKenzie wants to evaluate him again tomorrow, he wants to make sure

he has some concerns. It will probably take until tomorrow to see where Jordy is."

Nelson would not say Nike Whitney Mercilus Jersey what the concerns are.

"You'd have to talk to Doc," he said. "We'll be good. We're good."

One possibility is that McKenzie wants to see if Nelson's knee www.shoptexansnfljerseys.com/Black+Ed+Reed+Jersey swells up after his workout Wednesday. Nelson wouldn't say if he had swelling after the injury, which he described as more of "an accumulation of things" than an acute injury.

"We stay in discussion throughout the rest of the week," Nelson said. "I was out there a little bit today, running routes, felt good. so we continue to rehab and treat it and just continue to see how it feels. They always say they need to see how it reacts the next day.

"I think it be fine. We continue to work. Saturday, there a lot of time between now and then, and luckily it a night game so I get a few more hours, and I think we have to see what, 90 minutes before gametime?"

Nelson has missed four full games and most of another with hamstring and ankle injuries.

He played 37 of a possible 64 snaps against the Vikings. James Jones led all receivers with 63 snaps and Greg Jennings came in second with 62.

If Nelson played, the Packers would have their top four receivers on the field together for the first time since the New Orleans game Week 4.
