Are there any laws governing people walking in the road

Clarification: In the Just Ask column that appeared in the Sunday Republican June 25, Celestine Diaz asked how long it would take for the city of Springfield to issue a check Wholesale NFL Jerseys in a motor vehicle accident case in which her daughter and the city reached a settlement.
