Increase Golf Swing Speed

If you are like many golfers, you want to achieve more distance with your driver. Once you are certain that you are using clubs that are fitted for you, concentrate on executing your swing correctly. If you have a slower swing speed, consider a driver with a flexible shaft and a larger clubface to provide a larger sweet spot. Practice on the driving range to groove your swing and create “muscle memory” to achieve a longer drive.
Perform a dynamic warm-up prior to the first tee. Don't ever skip it. It is more important than hitting balls before you play. How many times do you see a professional athlete go on the field and start playing with discount golf clubs? Never!! That's my point.
Physical fitness and your golf swing techniques determine your club head speed. You have to be fit and flexible to get the maximum golf swing speed. If you are flexible enough, you should be able to pull up a back swing and let it go with all the potential energy and power it contains. Most golfers do not realize the importance of follow through in a golf swing sequence. In fact, it is a very important part because the faster you hit the ball with your club, the farther it will go. If you use a heavier taylormade r9 driver your ball will go farther, and with a lighter club it will not be able to go as far. So the first change you can make is to use a heavier club to drive farther.
Avoid swinging the golf club too hard for more distance off the tee. Bucking up and clenching your arms for that longer drive has an adverse effect on your golf swing speed. There is no way to maintain proper golf swing mechanics if you muscle up.
Top golfers use rotational exercises to improve their flexibility. This primarily involves loosening the joints and strengthening muscles used in the golf swing drill. Here are some simple golf swing training exercises. Stretching exercises can range from touching your toes to twisting from side to side with a dumbbell. You can also exercise with your r11 irons round your shoulders with both arms resting on it. These exercises improve the rotational muscles and allow you to twist farther. Improve your fitness, strength and flexibility and it will improve your golf swing speed.
To hit longer drives with taylormade rocketballz irons, you need a maximum turn to the top of your backswing. Most senior golfers have lost their physical ability to make this full shoulder turn. The ONLY way to get it back, is to work on your flexibility and strength in your core area.
