Make a chat room!

I don't know if this has been in here before, or if this is even agood idea to you or not, but i think that there should be a chatroom, like a IRC/java thing or maybe make a channel on mIRC. It would allow begginers to ask questions and get immediate feedback instead of posting something and waiting week for anyone to even see it let alone reply to it. What do you guys think?
