Looking for a 3D Modeler/animator.

I have been looking for a decent 3d modeler to help me with creating a game. I am the head of the game design team, which consists of two other programmers. We are working hard on a game but we need 3d models and animation for our game. This is not a paid position, but if any money is made from the games it will be split between everyone.
