My idea was to create an image, with a girl who sits at her window on a rainy day. To give beholders the largest possible room for interpretation, I had placed some suggestions.

Well done with this piece... her head-torso proportions are fine as all humans are different and uniquely shaped as for the drama yes u see it well only thing I would say is the skin is a little too pinky

I am sorry, but to me, she looks a little too icky for comfort. (To be techical, proportion of head vs. torso...hue of skin...)
If you were going for "poor girl contemplating suicide", well, I am sorry, that's not what I see at all.
