Childhood, Christmas time, friends, family, joy, happiness ... and, a new toy on my desk. Toy that will define my life, responsible for such a beautiful experiences from my childhood. Kids imaginary world, lost over time, a glimpse of it left in my head, a glimpse of priceless memory. But, it wouldn't be such a great experience if it wasn't for my friends... do you guys remember how we spent hours playing games, competing and exploring these new digital frontiers? I must admit I had Atari ST not Amiga ;), but my friend had Amiga and it had way better graphics and sound than my ST. So that's the reason why I decided to model Amiga for this illustration, out of respect. :)

wow. A computer based theme, oozing mood. Kept searching and kept finding new details for quite some time. Nicely done! Thank you for this viewing experience.

I have these same memories. I even had the complete C64 set - floppy, data cassette, all of it. :)

As a Amiga user(and C=64) i really like this scene, it really was a great time never had that much fun with computers then in those days. Nice 2s the c64 in the background.
It would be nice to see this scene with an ST. It would be just as honorable as an Amiga!

If, for nothing else, the BTTF Movie poster in the background, slightly faded and tattered in the upper right hand corner, makes this piece. Incredible attention to detail.

You catched the feeling. I'm not one of those game freak you are talking about. But you communicated me a part of the overall feeling you're talking about.
