I just don't really understand - what is the point of using Zbrush, Mudbox AND Bodypaint altogether?? don't they do the same stuff ??

It's very very good... to add to the comment from another poster;
The left eye is bulging out just a wee bit... from that angle it should recess slightly just below the brow ridge, which would reduce the impression that Mr. Freeman's digital image has a concave face.

I like the way the eyes look at the observer, and while moving around in different angle their should always be at least one eye that are staring at you. Awesome modeling, shading and texturing.
