Still, still, we have a bit of a 3D effect in my opinion. Is it possible to create a photorealistic image (I mean an image no one can say it is not a photo) using 3D models?

By the way I am a photographer producing photorealistic images of unreal girls. I would go as far as to say I could produce a photorealistic manga by myself but it would be long. It would go faster if I could work with a 3D Artist. Is there someone somewhere interested in producing this?
