A remarkable piece, I think you capture, the horror of human dissemination. This man is not a soldier but a middleclass, white collar proffesionnal. After this terrible event the man is reduced to an animal, this is shown by the revealing of his skin, no matter his rank or statur which existed before hand, in the face of this event he is undifferentiated. This is the horror of war... truly riveting.
