The SSS on the hands is too extreme in parts. And the veins look as if you've tried too hard.

Hands are always the hardest to do for me, so while they look a little more than freaky, I admire what you've done with Pianist.

convincing, and atmospheric but the hand model is a bit unrealistic, the fingers are too long , and as a result the thumbs look weird, more like a monkey's hand. Try reducing the fingers to 5/6 and also consider the starting point of each finger to be a little earlier.

Yet, he certainly has a pianist's dream hands.....
