Does seem a little like MirrorMask (by style of drawing). Good piece though. One question - does "only memories" mean "there are only memories left of this city" or "this picture is assembled only of memories and emotions"?]

It really suit as the title itself craved 'Only Memories'. And to look it in detail is kind a like of concept design as for most of Tim Burton's movies but so far...yeah it's a great work! =)

I'm not sure why, but this makes me think of the Marag city from the Belgariad book series by David Eddings. Great work!
