Purgatory is layered in such a nice way. 1: The 1st figure in the boat cloaked and dark as the water and night it crosses. 2:The jetty that walks us into the picture. 3: The House on the hilside occupied and we wonder by whom, is shadowed in darkness.4: The house further back attracts the light which break through in shafts from the overbearing cloud. 5: And as if it needed more atmosphere lightning splits the sky charging the picture further and the mist obscures other meanings drawing us into the work wanting to discover what is beyond. An obvious fan and it puts me in mind of the Fantasy Art which is on my favourite genre of books. Funny, the books are usually a let down after the picture steals the show! GREAT WORK!

Full scene is always good but the machine does not look huge, more like a small object.
