Wow, the face is really realistic. The only thing that took away from it was her eyes, I think they might be a bit too bright or maybe too detailed to match her face. Its still a great picture though, thumbs up.

I guess the hair is difficult in Max. My suggestion is: if you havn't already; get hold of Maya, there is quite a lot of freedom in Maya, which can be daunting, but has less limitations.
If you want to add somthing quickly, maybe some skin texture and colour, but the hair is the one thing I'd work on, even though it's a really nice piece of work as it is.
