Apocolypse Now reminds me of Midgar city, FF7 Advent Children. The early scene with the ruined city? especially with the ruined clock tower.
Anybody else think so? huh? Very nice...I think the clouds hang too heavy, though. They kinda wrap around the tallest building, making it looked closed in, but you may have wanted that effect on purpose? Hmm...I think few less heavy clouds might do the trick.
