Love this - looking for a freelance job? I emailed you also.
wow all i have to say is you really did this one amazing....
you could add a few particles in it and maybe a bit of reflections of the leopard on the water
but congrats thats amazing work
I really like this.
It has the feel of an early Frank Frazetta.
Any critique on the quality of the image is buffered by the fact that Frank used to paint on canvas probably as fast as Bob Ross and you could see the canvas duct come through the paint and that was half the charm of his work.
I kinda like the pixelation it makes it more like an impressionist-style work (whether you intended to do it or not) and the hard-core critics on this site would probably say that Monet, Manet, Van Gogh and the rest of that crowd sucked - so what....
Your postive/negative space balance and contrast is harsh and that is exactly what is needed to pull off the mood of this piece.
Very very nice, but like the others have said the ground.. and if you look close the tree actually just floats in mid air, you can see the bottom cut off. apart from that, very good and keep up the good work :D
I understand the comment on the ground, but knowing the capacity of Vue 4, there is no way to use displacement maps ... there wasn't a lot he could have done to change that. For the capabilities of the program ... he took it beyond it's apparent limits. A wonderful piece!
i love you concept! But if you look closly at the texture on the ground, it still needs alot more work being only because they are still in "pixel" form(only on ground), but other than that, love it

This image saturates the subconscious, it relays peace, an inner point in us where we can escape anything. In this image of the lone leopard, you can almost hear the silence, the utter and complete separation of the self away from the collective. the peace it conveys is a universal motif in our dreams, wishes, goals, ideology. You enter the space depicted here as soon as you lay eyes on it, you can hear the stream, smell the air, and perhaps hear the critters, this is a meditational piece. This is why this is a powerful piece. It speaks to the soul.
Wow, my new background!
Amazing composition, keep it up.
