I swear that tigers gaze froze me for a second.
Absolutely love rendition. The pose, the eyes...the whole physic...showing the tiger's power. Insomnia appears to be right, I found images he referenced and the background looks just about identicle. What better background to use though for this peice and it still was recreated and texture mapped. Brilliantly conceived. This will remain as one of my favorite wallpapers.
If I were forced to make any critique of this, it would have to be the Tiger's tail. You can see definitive lines that go down along the length the tale. Perhaps a reworking of the texture mapping of the tail could fix that.
I love this work, i've come across it a couple of times now.. but what i would like to see, is the tigers head a litle bigger, to emphasize the power of this beast... But over all, love it
Oh cheat i can't beleive it it's so amazing and it's more thanrealistic.by the way I'm a tunisian 16 years old boy and I work with 3D Studio Max 3 It's so boring but It's OK

WOW! You should go work for Pixar Studios!
That is unbelievable!
i'ts great work, awesome, except it looks like a three legged tiger?
Whilst the background layout and setting maybe be the same as St Eulalia it has not been directly stolen from the original. The more you look the more you can see how different it is. This is a superb piece with great attention to detail. Truly great work, well done ; )
I think it's easy to say the background was stolen. I compared the images and I think that the other painting of St. Eulalia has been reproduced in a fantactic maner by this artist.
thumbs up !
