I dunno, maybe it was a purpose - to make glamour-looking girl. But she would look better with more real skin texture (not so light and glossy) and with sub-surface scattering affect, which many renderers allow to do.

I think the mouth could use some work, it might be what is throwing off the face. The teeth are too shadowed and it appears as though they are sunken in. Perhaps a change in lighting or thinning out the lips would help... Also if you cleaned up the hair line it would improve the image.

She is OK. The hair is a bit tatty though
