Mike...its not a hole... the Gladiator just has some hanging skin under his chin. Things like this happens even with actual photography....of real people... so Jonas, dont change a thing. It shows consistency of light, no matter the illusion. When I first looked at it, I knew it was skin, although after reading mikes input i looked again, it does (after a while) starts looking like a hole....but it is not. Your work is good.
awesome! i feel like looking real life alien.how the hell you do that?
it's very really an excellent work .the mapping and lighting is nice in the images
Gladiator looks like he comes from a galaxy thats far from distant galaxys. Is that a deleted scene from a Star Wars film? No, really great job.
your work is really excellent!
i like it very much.
it gave me new ideas for my works...
Jonas, you are an authority. I am very critical, but I found no fault. The rabbit in the Troll's palm shows the monster's sense of sympathy on the defenceless. Your work's great.
Gladiator, in resemblance with terrapin outside of its armor not so defenseless as when they be on slow fire. This so splendid time in the dreams. >;-)
Love "Gladiator", and would love to see some wires of it. The only thing that bugs me about it is the tiny triangular hole in it's neck below the left side of it's chin. The hole itself is great detail and different thinking for a character, it's just in the sense of composition, it is slightly distracting. But other than my insane ravings of madness about a tiny composition problem, I love everything about the image.
Don't you just love moving from 3DS Max to XSI? I sure did.
"Troll" excellent texture, modeling and character work (The rabbit is an odd but funny touch); "Death" great overall work but at the same time "What was he thinking...huh?"; "In the Sun" the same as the previous comments, but with the added comment " Not as scary as the Death character".
The Troll is hilarious. I love the look on his face.
such fuzzy creatures.
