Thanks for the many, many comments. I can't say how surprised I am to see this many responses for this picture...the last time I looked here there were basically nothing. Nothing at all. Anyhow I'd like to take these few moments to answer a few of the more prominent questions I've seen.
Yes - a P200 with 32 MB of ram. I now run two 2.4 GHz Athlons. Thank you Lord.
All the scene code was typed in BY HAND over the space of 2 months. The total file size is around 750K of just text. Yikes.
The reason the anti-aliasing is turned down is because of the render time. Originally this piece would have taken over 120 hours to render out. I turned the AA down and that number jumped down to 23 hours.
I'm currently working at Tesseraction Games Inc, as the lead artist. Small company, lots of fun.
My current webpage is Waaay out of date, and I hope to put a new one up within days from this post.
Anyhow, thanks again for all the comments!

Small machine, pov ray... and great work ! hey guys look at this... no need of big machine full of ram for cool work.... Keep this way and give us more . :-) I like.
I've had dreams like this (except maybe not as cool). Keep it up, you do awesome work.
That's amazing for POV-Ray. I have used it and know how difficult it is to do things like this. Nice.
