Hmm i do agree on the "gun should be cocked" point.
Looking at the preassure point his right index finger is at
the tension should be enough to have the gun in a halfway
cocked position.
Also seeing the gun beeing loaded should be possible at this
angle .. The round brass ends should be slightly visible under
the cover going into the barrel ..
Oh and the muzzle going into the head to far yes ..

Gun does not have to be "cocked" to be fired..........So mute that critique.
There is no way of telling if that type of gun is loaded from that angle so that critique is mute.
