It's a wasp !

I must agree with the other critiques.
While a good peice of art, the lack for legs really takes away from the feel of this peice. Now a wasp swooping in to attack, with its legs poised to grab its victim and trust its venom licked stinger deep into soft flesh... now that would be even better than what I just typed minus the poised leg stuff. I would love to see this peice redone with more leg showing ;)

Good god. I happen to be afraid of wasps myself, and I only glanced at the thumbnail before clicking, so when that thing suddenly popped up in my face it scared the crap out of me. Very effective!

Looks like a real one. Need more detail in legs. The are blurred and look a bit like mettalic. Otherwise nise work.

The legs do look kind of metallic and un-wasp-ish, I kind of like the backround!
