I like the "Indy Joe" pic, it's well done. Though the body seems bit simple when compared to the other parts of the rodent's body.

The finger wrinkles on the knuckles, of the old man, are eye-grabbing in a bad way. Firstly, try to make them stand apart; They are too identical-add more and less wrinkles with varying height. Secondly, I would advise softening or these same wrinkles; They look extremely hard compared to the face wrinkles. By the way, great skin/wrinkle job on the face.
